Earlier, I was looking for the software’s full versions & the same are  blocking  lot of memory while desktop/laptop start in addition to lot of space. Then somebody told me to use portable software, which are easily available on internet. When I switched over to Portable versions of the software, I found the big change like saving in disk space, RAM on your Computer and flexibility of carrying your favorite software with you and run anywhere.

I have a portable version of Mozilla FireFox, which I am using from my pen / flash drive & back-up of the same lying at my Desktop’s partition.  Once my desktop crashed  & after installing OS again I just put the shortcuts on desktop & started working again without loosing my data / Passwords and bookmarks.

Portable softwares are being used by most of the users worldwide now and all you can have by searching on internet for the same.

Which Browser to Surf

At the moment there are lot of browsers in the market to surf the internet majorly MS Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Opera, Mozilla FireFox.  All are having best features built in and some has addons.

When choosing for the best you need to know about it’s features like loading speed, security and space occupation.  I already tried all the four major browsers like Opera given me fast speed but some operational problem with me so I left the same, in Google Chrome too I face some operational problem hence I left with Mozilla and IE. Now after looking at Security features and lot of addon features I have no choice left but to choose Mozilla for my daily surfing job.

I am not forcing you to change your browser to my choice  this is upto you I am just sharing my experience with you, I don’t know which browser and plateform you are using. I am using WinXp Sp2 that is all my experience.

For Example I have installed following addons on my FireFox Browser:

Down Them All : Jut put download through this addon & leave your worries with this means if connection breaks for any reason, no need to restart the download.

FireShot : If any online picture you are not been able to download just click the button and the pic is ready for edit and use on your laptop/desktop.

FoxTab : Easily navigate amongst the tabs in 3D

BossKey : Minimise FireFox window to system tray instead of start bar hence saves the system memory to use in your other programs.
